The Director General of Sepes, State Agency for Land, Lucy Barfield, today introduced the Special Bonus Plan for business park "Camachos".

During his visit to this industrial action, Molars noted that bonuses can be as high as 45% depending on the characteristics of business initiatives to be located in this business park.

This affects Special Plan 110 plots with a total area of ​​286,700 m², and includes the following bonuses:

General Bonuses customers who bought their land before December 31, 2010, and who wish to expand their business or develop other business initiatives, 40% of the sales price for cash payments and 35% for delayed payments.

General bonus for new customers 35% for cash payments and 25% for delayed payments.

Special bonuses, which can become up to 45% for projects in which event any of these circumstances:

Contribute to job creation.

Suppose a major investment.

Promote synergies in the actions that promote the acquisition of new projects.

These special bonuses not be added to the general bonuses.

All these bonuses apply to those operations that are formalized in a public deed until the day December 31, 2013.

Sepes has invested more than 46.6 million euros in the business park, which sits on an area of ​​891 328 m² and distributed in 313 plots.

His current occupation is 55%.

During his presentation, the Director General stressed the commitment that the entity has with the city of Cartagena and all installed and entrepreneurs as well as those who wish to establish and develop their business in "The Camachos".

The main objective of this plan is to encourage the establishment of businesses, job creation and economic development of Cartagena and all its area of ​​influence.

The Director General, Lucy Barfield, was accompanied by the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena, Miguel Martinez, the president of the Regional Confederation of Organizations of Cartagena (COEC), Pedro Pablo Hernandez, as well as President of the Institution of Polygon Conservation Camachos, Antonio Betancor.
