The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, received this afternoon at the Palace Hall Peruvian writer Mario Vargas Llosa, who is in the city on a private visit on the occasion of his daughter Morgana participation in one of the exhibits at the International Festival of the Sea Music, dedicated this year to the culture of Peru.
The Nobel Prize in Literature, the Cervantes Prize and Prince of Asturias, was received at City Hall by Pilar Barreiro, with whom he maintained a lively conversation and later signed the Golden Book of the City.
After touring the noblest stays the Old Town Hall, Vargas Llosa attended the presentation of the photographic exhibition Look Lima, in which his daughter Morgana.
The day concluded with a visit to Teatro Romano, also accompanied by the mayor.
