Fulgencio Egea, coordinator of Union Progress and Democracy (UPyD) in Cartagena, lamented that a debate be postponed again as necessary for the cultural heritage of Holy Week in the city since, countless pieces of artistic value, as a group of sculptures and embroidery, they are a manifestation of the culture and art of Cartagena, should not be set aside in warehouses, hidden, and under fabrics.
Egea remember that after numerous declarations of good intentions and broken promises, the Holy Week Museum remains in limbo, and national and international promotion is increasingly questioned by many citizens who see year after year, the lack of a real commitment in outreach, maintenance and exhibition of cultural heritage "really valuable" for the city.
Also, training spokesman magenta, again assured that encourage the Board of guilds to lead this project, to include economic management to reverse in the maintenance of the pieces for exhibition.
