Cartagena City Council without prior notice and without finding in many cases the use of the parking space for each dwelling is punishing the residents of the councils with the retroactive payment of the fee for Special Achievement with Input and Public Way Vehicle output through Sidewalks (fords rate)
The PP government team within its policy of tax collection effort beyond measure, is forcing ford rate pay hundreds of houses in the councils, which by their age were not subject to obtaining relevant for licensure ford 1st occupation, but also not only have had to pay the fee year in office, but from the previous four, as the General Tax Law establishes retroactively (four years).
This question is not usually raised in the city, where most of the residents live in buildings where the ford is paid through the community expenses.
In the councils is common and can be the case that the neighbor who owns a garage is not in use as such, but as a warehouse or has conditioned a kitchen, storage room or even from SPCT we wonder if in this case has or not to pay the ford.
On the other hand it seems much more reasonable and that is our proposal to establish a deadline to apply, for a study who uses the house as a parking garage or a dependency for housing, who uses it as a warehouse or storage, and who should not pay this tax because not even have a sidewalk on the door of your garage.
In the same way from SPCT think once set a reasonable deadline for the information and the application process would be much more appropriate to the payment of current year ford, not a sanction involving the payment of four years.
The amount of the fee represents about 60 euros on average, but depends on the number of vehicles stored in the garage, the width of the door and the street category.
So for example, if it saves three cars, the amount is around 190 euros, between 3 and 5 vehicles, 600 euros and if you enter more than 7 vehicles, the rate goes up to 1,000 euros.
From SPCT seems intolerable that the economic management disaster PP government team during his years in office, with monumental works that have tripled the cost (see the Auditorium), others still unfinished (Sports Palace), and politics creating unnecessary positions of trust that has resulted finger hole in the municipal accounts now want to alleviate as aggressive tax measures at a time as difficult as we live.
