The Information Committee of Finance and Home Affairs will meet on Thursday, July 4, under the chairmanship of the councilor of the area, Fatima Suanzes, to adjudicate matters that comprise the agenda of the next plenary session of the City Council, scheduled for Tuesday 10th.
The meeting will be held beginning at nine o'clock in the multipurpose room of the Administration Building.
Three issues are expected.
First, the proposed amendment of the Tax Ordinance of Taxes, Fees and Public Prices for Fiscal Year 2013, the project was approved on Monday by the Local Government Board, in order that the homeless do not pay the tax gains from the implementation of mortgages, but banks.
The second relates to the application of the 95% rebate in the tax on Construction, Installations and Works, by the construction of the New Hospital of St. Lucia, regulated by the Fiscal.
The Council aims to exclude from the bonus certain hospital complex dependencies that are not subject directly to the bathroom, as the heated pool or commercial premises.
Finally municipal groups dictate the proposal to amend the bylaws formal aspects of collection management Autonomous Agency of Cartagena (OAGRC) to adapt to current regulations.
