The Social Care Councillor, Antonio Calderon, director of the Institute for Social Services in Cartagena, Antonio Mule, and Senior Program Officer, Leoncio Sanchez, visited in the morning of Friday June 21, the facilities of the new Local Social Vista Alegre.
