The Agency for Local Development and Employment of Cartagena (ALDE) two years is developing the Labor Practices in companies not for students who successfully complete the training imparted by the Agency.
In the first half, 114 unemployed have completed practical, surpassing the figure for 2011, 85 people, and approaching the 2012 total students, 175 beneficiaries.
Under this line of work, the ALDE intended that students put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired while they have a first contact with the social and labor environment. Through these practices, students in the courses organized by the ALDE not only apply in a real environment working knowledge gained, but also are disclosed to companies considering allowing them to f uturas hires, replacements and seasonal periods.
PRACTICAL STUDENTS DURING THE FIRST HALF
