Between 6 and 27 June will develop this new course organized by the School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena with 20 hours, and which is expected to involve 25 components of the staff of the local police of the city
The School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena (SPACE) held from 6 to 27 June, a course on Good Practices in Citizen.
Included within the Municipal Training Scheme in 2013, this new training event is convened in order to convey to participants the rules for effective communication.
During the course of it, it will emphasize coping with difficult situations, while will show how citizens attend, listen carefully and speak clearly, improve situations with high emotional and affective component, both for the professional and, where appropriate, for victims.
The course is aimed at managers and specialized personnel, and will last for 20 hours, being expected to participate in the same 25 components of the local police staff.
Among the subjects to be taught in this course include: communication, processes and elements of interpersonal communication, communication styles; Rules to listen; Coping situations, the importance of psychosocial skills in relation to the citizen, and Learning to use emotions to problem solving.
Be taught by psychologists, experts in this matter, and members of GIPDE (Group Psychological Intervention in Disasters and Emergencies) and OAVD (Office of Crime Victims Assistance).
