Councilman Sports, Diego Ortega, today opened the season canoeing and sailing school, organized by the Club de Regatas de Cartagena collaboration with the School Sports Programme being developed by the Department of Sports.

CEIP Children Concepción Arenal enjoyed a sport in nature, from introductory and familiarization games and trips to the specific material of canoe and sailing.

The Sports Council has been promoting this campaign, which discloses the Port of Cartagena to our youth, since 1990 in the harbor of the old Yacht Club Victor Beltrí, for what you have deposited autovaciables and unsinkable canoes, life jackets and paddles approved canoeing in Races Club hangars.

The activity is performed with a comprehensive security system controlled by the Technical Director of the Club, Eduardo Gallego, sailing three monitors and two people kayak and zodiac control.

Schools that will continue in the program are Narwhal, Salesians and Sacred Heart of Los Dolores.
