The course Smuggling Vehicles, included within the Municipal Training Scheme in 2013, will take place on 4 and 5 June and is expected to involve 25 components of the staff of the local police in Cartagena
Organized by the School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena and inside the Municipal Training Scheme for the year 2013, during the days Tuesday 4th and Wednesday June 5, will be a course on Illicit vehicles, with the aim of addressing the most important aspects about 'current dynamics in motor vehicle crime.
The course is aimed at managers and officers whose work is related to the topic of this workshop.
It will last 20 hours and is expected to involve 25 components of the local police staff.
This training will be taught by Center staff Zaragoza (Research Institute for Vehicle Repair) and delve into new techniques used for theft, trafficking and counterfeit vehicle identification elements, and its documentation, including conductors.
Among the subjects to be taught in this course include: What is meant by vehicle trafficking, international standards that regulate; national and international bodies in charge of supervision and control, ISO 3979, ISO 3833 and ISO 4030; criminal Figures defined, substantiate and / or punish the illegal activities related to vehicle VIN location on all makes and models sold in Spain, identifying ancillary elements; Types of forgeries and how they can detect, and modus operandi of organized groups or action in our country.
