The municipal wards Quarries and La Palma have been the meeting place for students of colleges Fernando Garrido and Santa Florentina with players Floymape table tennis club in an ADE program activity of the Department of Sports.
About 200 students in two different days, have been those who have known and practiced table tennis athletes in the sport such as Jesus Cantero and Andrei players, along with Jose Antonio Montalbán, monitor municipal school table tennis.
The conference began with the presentation of athletes and students took questions to learn more about aspects of table tennis.
Then the players staged a mock exhibition and competition match to the delight of the young students.
Students also had the opportunity to practice and play with athletes.
To end the club presented a souvenir pennant schools with photo session and student-athletes signing autographs.
The ADE is organized by the Sports Department of the City of Cartagena and has the support of the Directorate General of Sports of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the Association of Graduates in Physical Education and Sport in the Region of Murcia .
