The Social Care Councillor, Antonio Calderon has participated this morning in the Day of Coexistence maintained by the users of the Day Centre of El Algar, Alfonso Escámez, and nursing homes ORPEA, located across the street from The Beatas.
Apart from chatting animatedly with different elders, Calderon visited the facilities of the hand ORPEA director, Miguel Ángel Ruiz, while participated in some of the activities that have been carried out.
During the meeting, part of the activities planned by the Department of Social Services for the quarter, it has also held a Workshop of Musical Instruments in which older people have developed their rhythmic skills.
The finishing touch to this day among seniors has culminated in the development, and subsequent tasting paella in one of the terraces of the residence taking advantage of favorable weather conditions.
