The mayor of the city, Pilar Barreiro, presided this table that also has laid the CEO of Educational Planning and Carlos Romero, along with leaders of Social and Education Area, as well as Health Service , Office of Cartagena, local police, and principals and teachers from public and subsidized c olegios primary and secondary education.
In a previous encounter with the media, the Councillor for Education, Joseph Marotta, said that truancy is down 7% in the last five years, when the level of absenteeism reached 20%. Has also said that since the beginning of this school year have been evaluated in about 600 cases, having solved a total of 113 in the city.
