Thirty SHERPA association members participated on Friday May 17 in Driver Education workshops offered by the School of Public Safety in Cartagena Education Park Road.
Handheld two monitors, children and young people aged between 5 and 18 years, learned basics of road safety education, not only in the theoretical, but also moved the notions learned to everyday life.
Thus, for example, young people focused on a zebra crossing where the instructor explained the importance of respecting this sign, both for pedestrians and for drivers.
This training stems from the interest shown by this social entity that requested the Consistory collaboration for implementation of this workshop.
SHERPA Youth Association is a collective of volunteers who work with children and youth who are in a difficult situation, mainly from the districts of San Anton and Villalba.
