The Youth Council has opened the application period for grants to youth groups by 2013.
Distribute aid amounting to 30,000 euros, an amount similar to that of last year, said the Councillor, Ruth Collins.
The deadline for submissions as standard form, will be open until 10 June.
The bases and other documentation of the call, passed last Governing Board May 17, is available on the bulletin board of the municipal website.
The grants will aim to promote and support actions that promote youth associations, enhancing the function of groups of young people and to support cultural initiatives, social, educational and recreational activities that facilitate youth participation, both in the context of their own associations as active social life.
Activities should be designed to promote solidarity, tolerance, participation and adequate education in human values ​​and rights of young people.
They can also be designed to facilitate i nformation and advice on issues of youth, and the positive use of leisure time.
Assistance shall also maintain local youth and activities that promote volunteerism, new technologies or integration of young immigrants, among others.
