The Aljorra hosts on Saturday May 18 the I Indoor Soccer Tournament in the town, which will be held on the sports court and Civic Center with the participation of eight teams, five of them Aljorra Two of Cartagena and one of the Albujón.
The competition was organized in two groups of four teams will begin playing at 10 in the morning a league, ranking the top two in each group, and then play semifinals and final, finishing the tournament at 22:00.
The awards consist of medals for the top three teams and a dinner at the Civic Center Cafeteria for the winners, among others.
The tournament, which has created quite a buzz among young Aljorra born with a vocation, not as competitive, but in order to promote the sport, fair play, team effort and the involvement of residents and players the tournament, so it is a meeting point for users of the sports of the Civic Center.
These activities foster teamwork, healthy lifestyles and entertainment options for young people in our population.
The tournament, for forthcoming editions will consider split by age group, is organized by the Neighborhood Association Aljorra, with the collaboration of the Department of Sports City of Cartagena, pharmacies and numerous neighbors Aljorra.
This joins other sporting event held in the Aljorra recently, such as the I Padel Tournament and I Aljorreña Christmas Fun Run, in which the Neighborhood Association had the collaboration of the Department of Sports.
