Today has been published in the BORM the call for aid granted by the Department of Celebration to neighborhood associations and party committees to hold events in districts and councils, and the application deadline is open until May 20
The Department of Celebration of the City of Cartagena was published today in the BORM the call for grants to neighborhood associations and official party committees constituted for organizing the festivities or most representative popular festivals in different districts and county of the town, by the public competitive bidding process.
The total amount of aid to be granted amounts to 75,000 euros and the deadline to apply for them is 20 calendar days after it is published today in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia, is, will remain open until May 20.
Such requests must be accompanied by a series of annexes which forms may be obtained either in the Department of Celebration or municipal website
To evaluate the applications to be submitted in the General Administration Building San Miguel, be constituted a committee chaired by the councilor of Celebration, Florentina Garcia, taking into account a number of endpoints, such as tradition and sociocultural relevance of the party in question, the correct organization or the uniqueness and originality in programming activities, among others.
The deadline for resolution and notification of the award of grants shall be three months from the date of this publication.
