At the same, assist the Program Coordinator of the Department of Immigration Service Social City of Cartagena, Lucia Hernandez.
At half past nine starts this meeting at the headquarters of the Association Columbares (c / Cisneros, 15, La Aljorra) where in small working groups will analyze and discuss current issues such as the role of partnerships in the territory or vision and opinion with the environment around them.
