The Valencian artist Antonio de Felipe, one of the current representatives of the Pop movement Art, has been commissioned to design the poster for the 19th edition of The Sea Music Cartagena sign that the author, accompanied by the Councillor for Culture , Rosario Montero, and festival director, Francisco Martin, presented today to the media.
