On Friday, April 12, will announce the decision of the Awards Hache Mandarache and youth and children's literature.
The voting results will be announced at a ceremony to be held at 12 am in the reception room of the Town Hall.
This event will be the Youth Councillor, Ruth Collins, alongside students and college literature professor St. Vincent de Paul, commissioned this year to open the envelopes and read the ruling.
Mandarache Award Finalists have been Manuel Rivas with his novel All is quiet (Abundant, 2010-point reading, 2011), Clara Sanchez What hides your name (Destiny, 2010-Booket, 2011) and Vicente Luis Mora for his Alba novel Cromm (Seix Barral, 2010).
Regarding Hache Award, the winner will be settled between the writer Lola Beccaria by Zero (Planeta, 2011), Alfredo Gómez Cerdá by the shadow's face (SM, 2011), and David Fernandez Sifres for women Lighthouse absent (Edelvives, 2011).
The two winning authors will be in Cartagena on May 7 to collect their awards from the Mayor of Cartagena in a ceremony, conceived by the stage director Nieves Pérez Abad, in the Auditorium El Batel.
Both awards have a prize of 3,000 euros respectively and a reproduction of a Haro ngel sculpture.
Furthermore Mandarache Prize and the Prize Hache (a winning authors), there are six additional awards to eligible youth enrolled and teaching departments or entities teachers.
