During the months of January, February and March, six authors have visited the city in this initiative organized by the Library of Cartagena, while twenty colleges have joined this cultural and educational experience
During the first three months of the year, and as has been the case since 1995, the Municipal Library Network of Cartagena has been organizing a series of meetings with leading authors of children's literature.
This initiative, without any cost to the City, this year has had the participation of six authors, twenty schools in the city and three students in 1700.
Editorials and Anaya, SM and Bruno have been made ​​available to the Library Network, as enshrined authors as Ana Alonso, Pablo Albo, Maria Menendez, Ponte, Enric Lluch, Catalina Villar and Carles Gonzalez Cano, who have visited Cartagena to present their respective books: The Castle of steam, under the fig tree no treasure, Pupi and the monster of shame, Nari-Zotas Pharaoh, Mystery Egg and blue Mamááá ...!
Through these meetings, the writers have shared with students the experiences of his works, while they have communicated the importance of reading as a source of knowledge.
The Municipal Library Network Cartagena is currently working on next year's meetings, which are expected to have the presence of such famous authors as Violeta Monreal and Carmen Gi l.
