The Local Council of Union Progress and Democracy (UPyD) in Cartagena, has asked the City Council paved the whole street trafalgar.
Over the past six years have been creating works to improve the environment and the movement of the whole area, and parallel streets, the state continually forgetting asphalt road and the parking for both residents and for Blue Zone, or the location of containers in the street.
Cartagena UPyD understands that the municipal government has its priorities do great work, at a cost to the vast body of citizens, municipal budget that leaves no room for maintenance work and repairs of deficiencies that occur throughout the municipality .
But it can not be an excuse not to do these repairs, but harder to find with the investments needed to realize them.
Not an option improve an area or do great deeds, at the cost of neglecting other.
