The nineteenth edition of the festival La Mar de Musicas in Cartagena will to Peru as the guest.

Susana Baca, a benchmark of the rhythms afroperuanos
The festival La Mar de Musicas in this edition gives the award for his work worldwide dissemination of Afro-Peruvian rhythms, the backbone of the music of Peru. Last year, the award went to Oumou Sangare.
