CCOO reports that workers of NH Cartagena, as part of NH Hotels Spain and center affected by the collective dismissal process presented by the leadership of NH Hoteles, want to record its emphatic rejection of the measures proposed by the company , as these would result:

Job loss (646, according to the company's initial approach).

Degradation and precarious employment, with additional measures such as wage cuts.

Rupture of the business unit through outsourcing processes, leaving these groups not covered by the agreement in question.

Degradation and loss of quality in the provision of service to our customers.

From a particular point of view, workers of NH Cartagena, expressing their discontent and disbelief, by being immersed in the process of collective redundancies, affecting two jobs, both essential for the other fellow and for good establishment operation, taking into account that:

NH Cartagena has developed a commendable economic and commercial management, as well as demonstrate their income statements over the years.
