The High Court of Justice of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia has given the green light to the opening of a public square in front of the Basilica of Charity, again dismissing the appeal filed by the owners of the affected buildings against the approval of the Plan Special management and protection of the historic (PEOPCH).
