Youth Councillor, Ruth Collado, received this afternoon at the Palace Hall to a group of high school students Teignmouth Community School in Devon in southwest England, participating in a trade with the Los Molinos Cartagena IES within the Comenius program.

These 16 students and two teachers, that from 12 to 19 March is in our city, returning students visit Cartagena made ​​to the English city last October.
