The City of Cartagena and NGOs have begun to outline ACCEM new collaborative projects between the two entities. Julia Fernandez Quintanilla, director ACCEM, and Antonio Calderon, Social Care council, met to evaluate the lines of work of the projects that both entities work since 2006 and new for next year.
Later, in a work session that took place at the Center II, located in the Plaza of Spain, and with the presence of municipal technicians have carefully analyzed the possibilities to develop programs such as Aid to Victims of Discrimination by racial or ethnic origin and Intercultural Mediation program, both funded through the European Fund.
Remember that ACCEM and the city of Cartagena and collaborate on voluntary return programs, Accompaniment, Emergency Aid to vulnerable and Humanitarian Assistance to Immigrants.
ACCEM is a nongovernmental organization that provides care and shelter to refugees and immigrants, promotes social inclusion and employment, and equal rights and duties of all persons regardless of their origin, sex, race, religion, or social group.
