The Local Government of the City of Cartagena has this morning approved the proposal of Councillor Rea Infrastructure, Tourism, Services, Transport and Contracting, Francisco Espejo, on altered project foundation system in the expansion of Primary Care Center Barrio de la Concepción, for processing in the Health Center.
Work on this project were stalled for a few months and started again a few days ago, pending approval of this amended.

Now, by adding the modified amount to 2.065 million euros, which does not exceed the cost originally planned.
The delay of these works has also been about managing the availability of part of the land required for the expansion of the Health Center, which are occupied by the former Municipal Nursery provided by the Council to ANSE and occasion the project has had to be negotiated relocation.
Once restarted, it is anticipated that it is not necessary to exhaust the scheduled execution time of 18 months, and could be completed in early 2014.
