UPyD Coordinator in the Region of Murcia, Rafael Sanchez, Head of Organization and Cartagena, Jose Manuel Casanova, presented this afternoon the manifesto for the regeneration of democracy and the reestablishment of the state.
This manifesto, which is being presented in Spain, collected six points necessary to open a new period in Spain constituent such as effective anti-corruption law, the independence of regulators and control, as well as the independence of the judiciary , a new electoral law more fair and proportionate, and a reform of the constitution to collect citizens' proposals and resolve the territorial model.
