On Sunday February 3 the gourmands have an appointment with the creative pastry workshop organized by the Program T-LA (Alternative Recreation) of the Youth Council of the City of Cartagena.
This time, participants will learn how to make and decorate a cake. Also receive basic tips and tricks for elleno r, to cut and level the cake or how to wrap it with fondant, while general notions learn different fondants and profits.
All materials for the course will be provided by the organization, which also give students a dossier that collects the theoretical content of the workshop, recipes or tricks that have been implemented.
The workshop will take place in the little things of Dedulce confectionery in Avenida Reina Victoria, No. 18, from 17.00 hours to 20.00 hours and has an entry fee of 35 euros
