This study, prepared and presented by Dr. Civil Engineer, channels and ports, Jose Manuel Vassallo, takes as a premise that is an area ZAL modal transport interchange, therefore, there must be a confluence of modes of transport, in For Cartagena, sea, rail and road, to benefit from the creation of this zone.
