The deputy mayor of Cartagena and National, Pilar Barreiro, will participate at the 20th Inter Popular Union, held on 18 and 19 January in the Congress Hall of the Toyo Cabo de Gata, in the city of Almeria.
With the title, "A new local administration", the 20th Inter-Union Popular revolves around four workshops where they will contact all political municipal People's Party for the reform of the local administration.
The program will address issues related to the future of cities, the operation of local government and its modernization drive, infrastructure and the need to carry out the reform of local government.
It will be on the bench, titled "The future of cities" where Pilar Barreiro participate along with Mayor La Coruna, Carlos Negreira, the mayor of Marbella, Angeles Muñoz and Mayor of Vitoria, Juan Francisco Bueno.
The presentation will be by Ana Botella, Mayor of Madrid, and the moderator will be Javier Arenas.
The opening of the Intermunicipal be aa Friday morning at 11 am and will include the involvement of the secretary general of the PP, María Dolores de Cospedal.
Also, the closing day, to be held on Saturday, January 19th, the star in the prime minister, Mariano Rajoy.
