The Guardia Civil Murcia has proceeded, in the Sea of ​​Glass-Cartagena (Murcia), to the apprehension of 4,000 packets of snuff lacking the precinct.
The authors of the facts have been reported by administrative offense concerning smuggling.
The incident occurred the morning of the 14th, when Civil Guard officers set up preventive vehicle verification and identification of people in the area of ​​the Sea of ​​Glass-Cartagena.
After making the stop signs for two vehicles on the scene, the officers found the attitude of nervousness of the occupants, so that, having suspicions that can transport any illegal merchandise, proceeded to make the appropriate internal inspection automobile, finding large numbers of packets of snuff inside the trunks.
The Meritorious checked after all the drivers lacked any documents concerning the goods carrying a total of 4,000 packets of snuff blonde between two vehicles, all from Andorra and lacking the mandatory seals.
The perpetrators, residents of the town of Cartagena, were accused of infringement concerning smuggling.
With this intervention, the Guardia Civil has managed to avoid the introduction of the seized contraband snuff, that market would have reached a value of 16,000 euros.
EFFECTS apprehended:
4000 packets of snuff illegally obtained, valued at 16,000 euros.
Gender has been delivered to the Provincial Delegation Sewer Logista (Tabacalera SA), for subsequent destruction.
