The writer Manuel Rivas, known for hits like The carpenter's pencil (Spanish Critics Prize, Prize of the Belgian section of Amnesty International) or what I want, love (Torrente Ballester Prize for Fiction and National Fiction Prize) , Cartagena visit on 15 and 16 January to hold several meetings with hundreds of participants and jury readers of this edition Mandarache Prize, which is a candidate for his novel Everything is silent (Alfaguara, 2010; Point Reading, 2011) , the film version has just been brought to the screen by director Jose Luis Rope.
