E l Roman Theatre Museum has, this morning, setting the stage for the presentation of the new guide to the city, Cartagena, Paths of History, published by Darana.
The event was attended by the
Councillor for Tourism, Palazón Carolina, the editors of the guide, Charity and Ana Santiago and Restoy Mas, the Director of Personnel and Organization of Repsol, Andrés Gonzale z, the
Paloma Zamora book designer and the director of the Museum of the Roman Theatre, Elena Ruiz, and the manager of Cartagena Port of Cultures, Agustina Martinez.
The Councillor for Tourism stressed that this guide is presented as a practical tool and pocket to know Cartagena.
And, this book is an update of the archaeological, historical and artistic nature of the city and its surroundings.
A total of 108 pages and 9,500 copies published that offer accessible language, yet rigorous, with a clear informative. Three very distinct routes, Old Town, Port area and batteries, castles and landscape of the city, and two planes in flaps, one city and one of Carthago Nova, make this comprehensive guide that reflects the cultural and artistic heritage of the city.
Written by Charity Restoy and Ana Santiago Mas, with images of Charles Moses and Paloma Garcia Zamora, along with collaboration in the photography of Joaquin Zamora and Joseph H.
Pina, the new guide has been published Cartagena in three languages, Spanish, English and German, and costs 12.99 euros.
To carry out this new guide have worked: the Department of Tourism of the City of Cartagena, Cartagena Port of Cultures, the Roman Theatre Museum, and Professor Sebastian Repsol Ramallo. The guide, which is already on sale, can be acquired in libraries, museums and interpretation centers.
