The Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia will be in charge of putting sound to New Year's Concert in Cartagena, to be held on January 3 at the Auditorium The Batel at 20.30 hours, and the remaining entries.
The concert, which has charitable status, is included in the Christmas program with Caja Murcia, and is the result of collaboration between the Fundación Caja Murcia and the city of Cartagena.
The Symphony will perform works by Strauss, Shostakovich, Suppé and Offenbach.
Proceeds from the sale of tickets, whose prices are 12, 16 and 20 euros, will be distributed among four social organizations of the city, such as the Soup Kitchen Caritas San Diego, the Good Samaritan Dining, Hospitality Santa Teresa and the Food Bank.
