Councillor of Finance, Fatima Suanzes, closed this morning with union UGT, CCOO and SIME governing the work schedule next year 2013 for all administrative staff of the City of Cartagena.
As part of the negotiation table has reached agreement to establish, in accordance with national law, the construction of 37 hours weekly, as established from September 15.
Suanzes also agreed with unions Special Regime hours of dedication, Network, which runs until 2015 for crews, firefighters and local police considering updating the workday.
The agreement is as follows:
- Municipal Brigades: Establishes 120 hours a year compared to 180 in force.
- Fire: down 144 hours per worker per year including 12 hours of practice panels, currently perform 180 hours.
Changed guards also performing network and locations for better service organization.
- Local Police: Facing the current 180 policemen have to do 142 hours available network including six for target practice.
It has also changed for the better functioning of the system service locations.
As for the minimum services local police unions have not accepted the proposal of the Department of Personnel and has agreed to create a technical committee which will study the proposal before final approval.
