The I of The Aljorra Fun Run will take place on Sunday, December 23, at 11:00 am at the soccer field Aljorra.
A total of 230 runners have registered for this event, organized by the association of local residents, and that has the support of the Sports Councils, Public Safety and Decentralization, and numerous volunteers, Group UPPER (Venice) , Dental Clinic and Group Alcoi Serhs The Albujón.
The call for participation was a success, according to organizers, who have argued that the route will be spectacular.
And, along the way you will visit the villages of the area, a section of the greenway that leads to Caravaca de la Cruz and the ledge to the only hill of volcanic origin in the Region of Murcia, La Cabezuela. Subsequently ascend the Mount Calvary to reach the shrine.
In total, 10 kilometers and 700 meters to enjoy this sports day ending at the starting point of departure.
The inscription on the test includes the provisioning will be in the 5km and food, picnic bag with pasta, a can of beer or soda to be chosen by the participants and a piece of fruit and a commemorative diploma.
Additionally, to motivate participants, the organizers have included three categories of diplomas: Golden Diploma (under 50 minutes); diploma silver (between 50 and 55 minutes) and bronze diploma (over 55 minutes) .
Encourage outdoor sport and the need for a healthy lifestyle are the objectives of this first Trail of The Aljorra.
The organization has established a maximum time for the test: 1 hour 30 minutes. Participants also may collect from the ridges 10, 30 hours.
To do so, they must show their ID card and proof of payment.
I TOURNAMENT OF ALJORRA PA
On Saturday December 15th I ended Paddle Tournament of Aljorra organized by the association of residents of the municipality.
A total of 12 couples participated in the competition, which began in November.
The first prize went to the pairing of Felipin and Paul Sanchez. Bruno Martinez and Daniel Noguera, and Antonio Soto and Francisco Cardenas have been in second and third place respectively.
