Francisco Celdran has been reelected president of the Partido Popular de Cartagena for 93.8 percent of the members who have participated this afternoon in the XV Congress of Local PP, and has attended the PP President of the Region of Murcia Ramón Luis Valcárcel.

As a novelty, Celdran has announced that the new party structure will be coordinated around four vicesecretariats: Communication, Organization, Sectoral and Electoral.
