5th grade students of Mediterranean CEIP La Manga, participate on Sunday 16 December in Cabo de Palos Market with two stalls where they sell the same products have been developed, mainly associated with Christmas (fresheners, shirts, ornaments Christmas tree, Christmas accessories for tables, etc..).
This initiative is part of the EME project (Undertaking in my school), in which the center, which is run by Pilar Macian, participates for the first time, and has led to the creation of two mini-company calls and TEAMTOP Cooperative STAR, with 24 students each.
The two presidents of these companies have been ordered to follow step by step the procedures provided for installation on the market, and have asked the respective permits and also received a visit from the local police to check that they have everything in order.

PEQUEÃ'OS ENTREPRENEURS
The EME project is driven by the Ministry of Universities and Research Company, through the Institute for the Promotion of the Region of Murcia (INFO), together with the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment, and is framed within the Plan undertake in the actuation shaft Fostering Entrepreneurial Culture at early ages.
During the school year, students are in the classroom their own mini-company, as a cooperative, where they perform tasks such as choice of Regents, drafting bylaws and corporate image design.
Its activity is the manufacture of products made by them in class, after market research.
EME The project seeks to develop entrepreneurial skills in children and young people from an early age, working on their skills and personal initiative, autonomy, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution ability or communication skills , among others, capacities of an entrepreneur.
This year, in the region of Cartagena has increased participation in the project, being immersed schools: CEIP Mediterranean (La Manga), CEIP Virginia Pérez (El Algar), CEIP San Isidoro (Algar), CEIP Feliciano Sanchez, CC Leonardo da Vinci (Los Belones), CEIP Our Lady of Sorrows (Dolores) and CEIP Vicente Medina (Los Dolores).
Between them, they have been a total of 17 mini-companies and 390 children participated.
