Councilman Jobs, Diego Ortega, the director of the Agency for Local Development and Employment, Francisco Garcia Valenzuela, and President of the National Association of Professional Canine Handlers (ANACP), Oscar, delivered on Tuesday December 11 diplomas to twelve students Technician Course in Canine Behavior Modification, organized by the ALDE.
In trancurso ceremony, which took place in the Reception Room of the Palace Hall, Ortega noted that since the Agency is working as obtaining employment impact of this type of course and in this line, diversify training, vary it to reach all sectors.
The technician course Canine Behavior Modification was developed at Club Canine Education Strait Pozo lasting 90 hours and taught by a professional dog trainer, recognized by the National Association of Professional Canine Handlers (ANACP).
The twelve participating students have acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to solve problems more common canine behavior.
The theoretical and practical training received has focused on aspects such as the training and treatment of potentially dangerous dogs, fears and phobias, aggression, eating disorders and destructive behaviors.
Students can do internships in boarding kennels, animal protection and civil protection, extending his career.
With this training, students learn what it takes to establish themselves as dog trainer in schools, or clubs.
To date the proposal was incorporated in the new Canine Professional Qualification, hoping to establish the official title of Canine and training modules.
