Organized by the School of Public Safety (SPACE) and within the Training Plan of the City of Cartagena, on 10 and 11 December open in the morning and evening, is on course for the controls of the Local Police Corps.
The sessions are about control techniques used in police organizations, how to strengthen the leadership and effective delegation of duties and responsibilities.
With a duration of 16 hours, the course aims to find, analyze and identify areas for improvement in own team management and leadership skills, provide tools and techniques to optimize effective leadership and train employees and implement management capabilities and leadership teams.
The subjects to be taught in the course are: Team and Working Group, Leadership styles, leadership in the team, leadership skills and leadership tool implemented applied.
