The Guidance Department and Employment Agency and Employment Local Development of the City of Cartagena (ALDE) has launched the program OPEA.
This is a set of individual or group action given by professionals and aimed at guiding unemployed in order to inform them about the labor market, define their career goals, identify labor resources, showing job search techniques and guide their professional interests.
In short, providing autonomy to the unemployed to face the working world.
This program, a collaboration between the Agency for Local Development and Employment and the Regional Employment and Training, geared at least 500 people unemployed.
The beneficiaries of this program are applicants registered in the employment office to which they are called to an individual interview to advise them on their itineraries custom training and integration.
There will also be group activities consisting activate resources for active earch for employment using new technologies.
Due to the current situation, the priority group to attend are over 45 long-term unemployed and young people under 30, although any unemployed can request the service.
Depending on the training, experience, availability and career goal will qualify jobseekers with a provision for employment that will enable greater access to offers managed.
The program began on November 19 and end on June 30, 2013 and is equipped with a total of 50,000 euros.
