The Agency has participated in the project NIFE, that the City of Palos de la Frontera has been doing since 2010 to address the problems of integration into the labor market and the result has been the development of a guide which contains the body cartagenero
The Agency for Local Development and Employment has been chosen as an example of good practice within the New Initiatives Project Training and Employment (NiFe), that the City of Palos de la Frontera has been running since October 2010, framed in EUROEMPLEO Program of the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment Government of Andalusia.
This project seeks to address the existing problems when inserting into the labor market for people who come from vocational training programs of the municipality of Palos de la Frontera, knowing experiences, good practices, innovative programs or projects that are taking place in field of labor intermediation entities other national territories.
This is where comes in. ADLE, who participated as a partner in the project by providing its technical work through visits by the beneficiary.
As a result, the City of Palos de la Frontera has published a guide on good practices in the field of labor intermediation which highlights the ADLE by SILMU Labour Mediation Service, which manages the contacts with companies to pay all services offers, management of training practices, knowledge pills and offering job training that seeks to respond to the needs of the unemployed in the municipality of Cartagena.
Euroempleo program is the Andalusian Employment Service to promote activities of transnational and interregional cooperation in employment.
Co-funded by the European Social Fund, supports the search for joint solutions between entities from Andalusia and other Spanish and European regions, and the development of exchanges of information, experience.
