The Cartagena Fishermen's Association and the Association of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno de La Union celebrated their partnership yesterday at the market of St. Lucia.
The events begin at 9.15 am with a parade of drums through the streets of La Union then pass the image of the Church of the Nazarene in Rosario Cartagena.
