The T-LA program, organized for Sunday November 18 creative pastry workshop which will teach students to make and decorate cakes.
Among the contents, students learn how to make chocolate buttercream for the filling, cut and level the cake, cover with fondant and receive general notions of different fondants and profits.
All materials will be provided on the course and delivered a dossier with the course content, r ecetas, materials, tips and tricks to decorate your own cakes.
The workshop will be held at Sweet Confectionery, located at Avenida Reina Victoria, No. 18, in schedule of 17-20 hours and has a registration fee of 35 euros.
Registration can be formalized in Youth Resources, Paseo Alfonso XIII, No. 53, from Monday to Friday from 9 to 14 and from 17 to 20h.
