The call for a general strike has been seconded today in the city of Cartagena and its autonomous bodies for 22 percent of the staff of municipal employees.

According to data provided by the Human Resources Department, the 1032 employees, among officials, and hired labor, they could exercise their right to strike, 805 have joined this morning at their jobs, and 227 have seconding call of unions.

Of this number are already discounting the 30 staff affected by the decree of minimum services and staff local police and fire.

During the last general strike on March 29, the strike was supported by 14 percent of municipal employees.
