During 2012 and 2013 courses, CEIP Our Lady of Sorrows held the Comenius project called Do not Worry, Be Healthy (Do not worry, take care, be healthy).
For this reason, this week received the first participants from several European countries, who will be in town until Friday November 9.
Arriving on Cartagena, this morning visited the Palace Hall, where the Youth Councillor, Ruth Collado, has welcomed them and wished them a happy stay.
This project is carried out different countries: Portugal, Hungary, Poland, United Kingdom, Greece, Turkey and Spain.
During the two courses will work the importance of good health and sport, getting involved, especially the students and teachers of the third cycle.
Among the activities to be undertaken by students include logo design project to investigate various countries working on it; conduct surveys on a healthy lifestyle, make a map of fruits and vegetables in Europe; Prepare desserts to encourage healthy lifestyle; Exchange of sports and games from other countries (photos and videos); songs, ads and sketches on healthy living; Exchanging recipes (make a cookbook), and attend lectures by specialists, among others.
