School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena (SPACE) organized within the Training Plan in 2012, a course on Judicial Police and Instruction begins this afternoon errands.
This training will take place during the months of November and December, with a duration of 35 teaching hours, and is designed for police officers and staff.
The course aims to provide students with the necessary skills for instruction, correctly, stagecoach and crowded for crimes and misdemeanors, both with and without them arrested.

Preservation of evidence: The first officer on the scene of the crime.

Ocular Technical Inspection.
Measures of ID.
Minors.
Stop and read their rights.
Counsel.
Other rights of detainees.
Habeas Corpus.
Attention and information to the victim.
Treatment effects from crime.
Instructional practices errands.
Proceedings specific offenses against traffic safety and other measures of the local police.
This course will be taught by experts in the matters to be discussed.
