The love of cooking and specifically for sweets, is the subject of the new activity program organized by T-La (Alternative Recreation) of the Youth Council, a Creative Cooking Course to be held on Sunday afternoon October 21, in time of 17-20 hours.
The central theme of the course will be cookies, which also carried a special Halloween decoration.
Thus, participants will decorate 6 cookies with fondant icing and and will be reviewed cookie recipes, tips and tricks for preparation and conservation.
All materials will be provided on the course and each participant will take a file with the contents, recipes, materials, tips and tricks to decorate their own cookies.
The workshop will be held in the premises of the dedulce Confectionery, located at Avenida Reina Victoria, No. 18, and the registration fee is 35 euros.
Registration can be formalized in the Youth Resource Center, Paseo Alfonso XIII, No. 53, phone 968-128862, extension 4 from 9am to 14:30 h and from 17 to 20h.
